Nell'ambito dello statuto, dispone le linee guida per l'attività e lo sviluppo dell'associazione ed è responsabile della realizzazione del programma di attività. Il Comitato centrale è composto dal presidente, da un rappresentante di ognuna delle sette società regionali e dalla presidente della Commissione d'esame.
